Your post made me feel happy, but,How did you get this info, is it just random check? I tried to checkthe EAC #'s from the online INS check, all seems to be approved in the last couple of weeks.

Anyone has negative response about these results?
 
The Source is INS

on-line website. Check the status yourself. But I have another question: the date 12/06/02 is only the date they mailed the approval notice. The approval date may be well back in Oct/November before the freezing. So, it is still too early to conclude that INS has taken off the freezing.

If someone who already got the approval back in october can check the status online, it confirms everything. Right?
 
Is there any way to check that these approvals are from VSC ? Maybe just Vermount center has some problems.

The numbers close to your EAC number may look approved. But if you notice they are not I-485 cases. They may be ead, ap, labor cert or some other routine types of cases that take way shorter than I-485.

So, if you find and PROXIMATE approvals that are I-485 approvals, then you will know your approval is very very close. Happy digging.

Well that's certainly encouraging. Too bad I am still 6 digits further from that. Good luck to people near that number.

I am happy to know that VSC didnot freeze 485 approvals. My RD is Dec(EAC02065xxxxx), I am way back in the queue.
