Hi guys
I have a scanned list of eac02160xxxxx series and I sanned it time to time.
Here is what I have to share with you.
Total 485 cases 504. (largest in any given day, I guess).
Approved 143
Transfered 155 ( don't know the status of these cases, hopefully most of these cases are approved).
FP done and waiting 131
RFE 31
Withdrawn 1
Undelivered 5
untouched 38 ( may be not employment based)

And here is the Last update of the case trend (touched by some one)
Jun'04 - 64 (most of the cases touched in May and Jun)
May'04- 41
Apr'04 - 22
Mar'04 - 24
Feb'04 - 53
Jan'04 - 25
Dec'03 - 20
Nov'03 - 24
Oct-03 -36 (Transfers started in this month)


If you are Optimist, hope the same for entire Apr/May/Jun '02 cases
If not take it just as random shit :D

Can I know what is comes under the list of untouched ?
Is it "FP1 done .. and gathering dust ?"

I am just trying to understand your analysis.
Jun'04 - 64 (most of the cases touched in May and Jun)
May'04- 41
Apr'04 - 22
Mar'04 - 24
Feb'04 - 53
Jan'04 - 25
Dec'03 - 20
Nov'03 - 24
Does this means all the above cases had LUD changed or it menas they were approved or send RFE
Are this for Apr 02 cases

RD : Oct, 2002.
ND : Dec, 2002.
RFE Recvd: May 8, 2004.
RFE Response recvd from INS: June 8, 2004.

I don't want to spit each month's Transfers/Approvals/RFE sent/ RFE recv/FP done/FP sent and all, I just posted totals for each month.

My case is 02-172 (Apr 25, I guess)
FP2: 05/20/04
3rd EAD received in May.

LUD: 06/16/04 but I guess it was just for the address change
(I also received the letter, not a receipt, saying that my address
was changed on my request).

My daughter is in a college and she's not considered as a resident.
So: no scholarships, no grants and tuition is 2 x instate tuition.
Now you know how I feel ( :( )

One interesting observation though...The number of applications under
"APPROVED - Transfered - Pending" are equally distributed. Each 1/3 rd of total

You are not alone. My daughter is also in College and with no financial aid because of our f...g status. We are totally screwed, and I can not see the end of this ordeal. Ok, as you all can see I am pessimist here. Anyway, it's nice to meet so many optimistic people around.
 
Scanning

How do you go about scanning the I-485 list? Please give me some info on where to get the file and the software needed to scan it.

Here we have more cases (536) for ND : 1/25/03 (EAC03087 series). I was surprised to see those many AOS cases per day.
