VC Rep Said I need to get new FP and she is sending the doc.

What is a VC Rep. I got the letter for new FP, but I see no changes in LUD. By the way, earlier I said that I would reschedule, but I cancelled my appointment at work and now I am going on the suggested USCIS schedule, just to make sure.

VC is Vermont Center

She mentioned I am ready to get approval. But Finger Prints expired. I wanting to get Fp notice and results.
