Hello All,
I was married to a US Citizen & divorced in March 2015, I was officially married for almost 1.5 years with a kid from my Ex who is 1 years old & is a US Citizen living with my Ex in USA, and I filed for VAWA in August 2015, and currently I am out of USA, waiting on my Application to get approved, what are my chances of getting Approval?
So far, I have not received any Acknowledgement from USCIS for my Application.
