I was married to US citizen for two years during which time she abuse me and use me for money. She hit me and put me under stress, threatening to deport me if I don't give her money. I have affidavits from mutual friends who still talk to both of us - 3 total, my affidavit and pictures of abuse. I may also get report from my psychlogist from time. I am in remove proceedings schedule for August. I have charge for marijuana possession and paraphernalia dated from 2003. Can that be waived? I am filing no attorney so how do you think? I did not think I had any option until I saw attorney for consultation month ago. We are divorce since September 2008. Please advice. Thank you.
