Validity of visa appointments by TTS?

Guys,

My brother has an appointment for jan' 06 which is booked at TTSvisas.com.
Since there is a new system (vfs-usa) these days for visa appointments, I am just wondering if the TTS appointment is still valid or not?

Any body has similar experiences?

It says you will have to reconfirm the appointment.
