Hi,
I applied for 485 in June 2007 for my EB3 case (India). Can someone please let me know if the medical tests supplied with 485 are still valid, or do they expire and we need to take the medical test again? Thanks

no. it won't. they may ask u for tb skin test if it not done.

I thought medicals expire after a certain period of time?

They are valid for one year after the are signed by the 'civil surgeon'. You must submit them to USCIS within that one year. Once submitted, they remain valid until adjudication of your I-485. So if they have already been submitted, you don't have to do them again even if your I-485 is pending for more than a year.

Thanks for the clarification.
I read some where that they are valid for one year, but your answer makes it clear how it is viewed.
