Dear All,
Based on the posts on this forum, it appears that there is some confusion regarding re-submitting medicals. Below are the links on what I found doing some research on the subject.
Summary: in most cases, medicals are valid for only one year. However, due to the long processing times for certain types of I-485 applications, the validity has been extended every year since 2003 and is currently valid till January 1, 2006.
