How long is a labor certificate valid. I have an approved labor certificate valid from march 2002 which I never used because i was going thro NIW.Since my NIW is stuck for more than 2years at uscis. can I start a new 140 using my labor certification for CP.
any thoughts .

A question

Why must be a CP? Is this simply because CP can save you filing for another I485 in terms of application fees and attorney fee ?

My situation is that I have an almost 2 year old EB1 OR. I am also thinking if I need to do a LC or RIR, and then another I140. But filling another I485 is really costly and also I lost of the priority date compared with my current I485.

I appreciate your clarification.
