validity of labor certification

How long is a labor certificate valid. I have an approved labor certificate valid from march 2002 which I never used because i was going thro NIW.Since my NIW is stuck for more than 2years at uscis. can I start a new 140 using my labor certification for CP.
any thoughts .

Technically there is no expiry period for LC. However, you should talk to your lawyer and find out more details.
