Validity of Business Visa

In October 2002 I got a Business visa valid for 10 years(multiple entry).

I came to US on that visa in November 2002 and after 3 months, in Feb 2003 I got my L1B stamped(valid till Jan 2004) in Canada.
I was in US on L1B visa till last week(7th Jan 2004). I am currently in India.

I just wanted to know whether I can use my Business visa for a short trip(2 months) to US during the month of April 2004, or will the Business visa become invalid after I got my L1B in Feb 2003.

Are you sure they have not cancelled (I mean dont you have "cancelled without prejudice" stamped) your B visa. Usually while stamping new US visa they will cancel all previous expired and valid US visa.
Its a good idea to talk to an attorney.

When you applied for L1B was it B visa to L1 Change of status? Then, Business Visa became invalid when you got L1B.

But if you went to the consulate and got a fresh L1B (not a result of change of status) and the B visa was not cancelled, you can use the visa. You will be questioned at the Port of Entry, so better get an experienced lawyer's opinion on this.
