I am little confused regarding the validity of B1 Visa. Is it mandatory that if someone gets the B1 (multiple entry/10 Years) then she needs to visit USA within 6 months to keep her B1 status.
Can anyone help me on this?

no such rule exists you can enter anytime within the validity of the visa.
