I recently moved to a reputable financial company which applied for my H1 transfer. HR told me they filed H1 under premium processing and requested to join as soon as possible. But I guess I've a problem - the "validity date" starts after my "hiring date".
Hire date - 08/01
H1 receipt date - 08/02
Validity start date - 08/07
I'm visiting India and will have to get H1 stamped. Will I face any trouble with my situation? If so, how can I resolve it?
