Hello!
This query is regarding PR Card holders who got the PR through immigration under business class.My Uncle and one of his daughter 'ving PR card under business class,another daughter hav'in landing document and social security number since her PR card rejected because there was a problem in the photograph taken,they rejected her photo and asked to submit but she couldnt do that since she returned to india immediately at the event of her mum's death.Please find the enclosd details and help me in getting valuable information regarding their travel to canada again.

Date of becoming PR : 18/08/2002
Expiry of PR card : 18/08/ 2007
They Stayed in Canada only for 45 days ( They were in Newyork for 7 years and they applied for this bussiness class imigration from Newyork only.)
1.One daughter doesnt have PR Card due to the photo problem,Is it possible to get a Visa for this daughter now?(she is married now) she was not married at the time she got her PR status.
2.Is there any restrictive condition that an immigrant under businress class should establish their business within the initial two year period from the five year period?
3.how can you get the restrictive condition waived?
4.Is it possible for my uncle and the other daughter (who's having PR Card) to travel to canada now
5.Is it possible to get the condition waived if uncle and daughter go immediately and regularise their papers?
6.Is there any problem if the other daughter directly go to the embassy and apply for a visa so that she also can travel along with her father and sister.
which is the best option?
