I just renovated my passport and corrected my birth date. My old passport had 5 sept 1968 and my birth date is 5 aug 1968. My valid visa is in the old passport. Since this passport has the wrong birth date, so does the valid visa in my old passport. My new passport has my correct birthdate which is not the same as the one printed in the visa. Just a few days ago I noticed the difference, it is hard to see because the only difference is the birth month and it is in a confusing format.
Do you think this will be noticed by the immigration officer while entering in the US? what could happen? is this a serious offense? will I get deported?
PLEASE HELP
