Hi Rajiv Ji or anyone,
If I have valid H1B till 2028 with Employer A and if I wish to join Employer B for new position and started the process of H1B transfer and somehow my H1B got rejected for Employer B. Can I still stay with Employer A ? Do I need to inform any one/Employer A or USCIS that I am continuing with Employer A.. Please clearify..
