For those of you who are getting your I-693 and its supplement, do you all have your vaccination history on file? I have some written on my birth certificate in its native language, but have no other medical documents otherwise. Will this be a problem when I see the doctor/civil surgeon? Or will they just give me all the shots I need if they're not sure if I have them?
