Vaccinations.. If missing some or some records are missing, can they be done on same day as the medicals?
If not, then does this delay the issuance of the Visa?

I would advise you to get the missing vaccinations from your gp before going to your medical. The doctor at my medical told me that she only does vaccinations in an absolute emergency. I would suggest that you call the doctor where you will do the medical and ask, whether he accepts e.g. antibody tests, etc. Each doctor seems to handle this differently.
