Vaccination records validity

I have taken the necessary vaccination (for I485) back in March (2004). How long those records are valid ?

I am planning to have my 140/485 filed this december, so if any body knows how long they are valid please let me know.

Please excuse me if i posted this question in a wrong place.

It is valid if you submit before February 2005. Good Luck! Usually valid for one year from the date of your medical test.

vaccination is valid as long as it is valid (if the vaccination is for a life time then it i will be valid until you die). medical exam, however, expires in one year if it is not concurrently filed with I-485 before Dec. 04.

if your medical is concurrently filed with I-485 before the end of 2004, then your medical will not expire. in the past, medical expires in one year. they change the policy because of the delay of I-485. but the new policy only applies to applications filed before the end of 04. it is unclear whether it will be extended. if your file your application on Dec. 27, most likely your receipt date will be in Jan. 05. so i suggest you file your application earlier to make sure they will get it before 31 Dec.
 
Nowadays, the medical records are kept till the application adjudication and do not expire in 1 yr (as in old days). Bottomline, medical tests needs to be taken only once.

I applied my 140/485 concurrently in March'04 and my 140 was denied in Sep'04.
Now i want to file for another 140/485(labor substitute) with the same medical records that i submitted in march.

can i do that ?
 
How do you get those 'same' medical records ??? The original medical record is signed by the doctor addressed directly to USCIS. That record will be in your denied file. If you need to file a new application, i guess you need a new medical report.
[I could be wrong. but this is what i think]
 
I talked to the doctor and he said he would provide another copy .... ofcourse with some fee . :)

I think it is better to file with fresh medical records ( i.e. even if vaccine is valid, chest X-ray results and HIV tests should be latest )
