Vaccination info.

Done anit body test and MMR came positive but not chicken pox(Varicella). mY family physician gave chicken pox vaccine to me. But did not gave to my wife. Saying it is not advisable to give vaccine when your wife is feeding the baby. My son is 4months old. He also gave in written stating the reason for my wife.

1. will the ins civil doctor will accept this cause for not giving?. Should i show this written doc to civil doctor?

2. Can we file 1485 with out my wife complete vaccination.

3. Do i have to send again this vaccination list of my wife to BCIS.

4. What is the procedure ?.

May be..
Should i show this written doc to civil doctor?
Talk to him about situation, and get advise for him, most probablly he/she will give same opinion as your family doctor

Sure, lots of people filing I-485 without medical when they expecting baby

yes, without vaccination I-485 won't approve
4. What is the procedure ?.
No defined procedure as I know, you can send report to INS when your wife is ready or when it's safe
or alternatively wait for REF issued by INS and replyed with vaccination report
