I can NOT find any vaccination history.
So I have to get all of them (MMR and Td).
But such as Td, it needs three shots in total. I took the first shot today.
So the doctor filled my I-693 and supplemental form like this way:
He checked "All vaccinations are not current ... " instead of "All current ...",
put "Scheduled for 2nd and 3rd Td" in REMARKS.
But he still signed the form I-693.
And also in supplemental I-693, he put today as first shot of Td, then check "Not enough time interval ...", and finally checked "Applicant may be qualified for blanker waiver".
So any of your guys have the same experience? And will I get RFE in the future?
