Hi All,
I am planning to change companies and transfer my H1B visa. My question is that I wanted to take a week in between and go visit my family in India. How can I do this? Should I ask my current company to let me take unpaid leave or I can leave the country and visit india once the transfer petition has been filed.
Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
