I have an H1-B visa. My I-140 has just been approved and I am about to apply for my change of status (I-485). I would like to go abroad on vacation (1 week to 10day).
Questions:
1. Do I need to apply for \'Advance Parole\'/I-131/\'Travel Document\'?
2. Is my H1 still valid? Can I still travel on this visa?
3. Is it sensible to leave the county during this stage?
