hi,

People say Once the waiting period on I-130 passes three years you can apply for V visa (regardless of Dec 21, 2000 clause), for example If some one files I-130 in Jan 2001, they can apply for V-Visa in Jan 2004. Is that true?

Any of you know any updates on this ?
