Hello, I\'m the son of a permanent resident. My mother filed a visa petition for me 6/98. Now 3 years later I\'m 19 years old. I receive a
letter from the American Consulate in Ciudad Juares, Chihuahua Mexico. Saying that I can apply for a non-immigrant V visa in
Mexico, but I\'m living in the United States with my mother. What should I do? Wait until they send me another letter saying that I
can apply here in the United States.
