V.IMP Question about EB-3 Premium processing

As u all know USCIS just started EB-3 (I-140) premium processing. I've already got by I-140 & waiting for my 485...got stuck in retrogression..I've a question::
Will this premium processing HELP IN ANY WAY the cases which are stuck in retrogression..

OR

CAn we expedite the green card in ANY WAY by using this new premium processing..!!
 
Read a good article about this on murthy.com. I figure premium for I-140 is good for in some EB2s cases such as OR or NIW which have long I-140 processing times. In other cases I-140s are handled within a couple of months and not worth $1K let alone you are from a retrogressed contry.
