I am trying to get my company to file for my labor in utah but they keep coming back to me with different explanation everytime.Their latest explanation is that they have to file a national level ad for about a month's time.Now My company's headquarters is in jacksonville, florida but they have an office in utah too which is where i work.The company is trying to use RIR clause to file for my labor and they have spent about the last 6 months advertising in all the local newspapers and internet.Now they tell me a national level ad is required, so do u know if this is required at all?? Also if it is required, do u have any suggestions where to advertise as my company is havign a hard time trying to find some national level newspaper to advertise in?? Since I have no access to my lawyers who are representing me on behalf of the company, I really do not know whom to ask or where to look for answers.I would greatly appreciate any help in my situation.
