Using Substitute labor & invoking AC21

Gurus.

I used a substitute labor to concurrently file 140/485 in sept 2005. 140 is already approved.

I'm thinking of changing jobs after 6 months of my ND. Was wondering what are the risks involved in using AC21 - esp. with substitute labor, since I'm certain that my employer is going to inform USCIS & use the labor for some other employee.

Also there was a thread somewhere about the reasons why a 485 can be denied. Can somepoint post a link to that thread.

The rule of thumb is .... I485 pending over 180 days + I140 approved.

Since you have your I140 approved ... just let pass the 180 days ... Change job and no one can harm you ... simple
