I filed for my labor with a company X in the year 2000 . I left them in 2002 and joined company Y. I filed another labor with Company Y in the year 2002. I got my labor and I-140 cleared and am currently working on EAD and have already filed for I-485 with Company Y. Would it be possible for me to switch to the labor that was filed in the year 2000 by company X? If so I would have to file for I-140 and I-485 again. But with the premium processing I can get the I-140 cleared within a week. I can also use my priority date of 2000 for I-485.Would it be much faster this way?
Will my EAD become invalid if I use company A's labor?
Please advise.
