Using previous employer LC and I-140

Hi,

I am on H1-B 6th year. I got LC and I-140 from Company A in june 2002. Company A got acquired by some other company.

But i joined company B (new software startup company) in july 2002, the work area is same as Company A, Can i use that LC and I-140 to file I-485 for company B.
