My I-140(CP) has been approved back in Feb, 2001. Unfortunatly the company
was sold out and did mass layoff, so I found new job and worked for a while
and returned back to my home country. Now i'm coming to US on H1B. If I start
my GC again, can I use the (approved I-140) PD for the visa number.
If I comeunder EB3, can I file I-140/I-485 right away upon labor approval ( through perm), because of the old approved I-140 back in Feb, 2001.
