I would greatly appreciate if someone could answer my query.
I had H1B petition approved for CompanyA. I got the visa stamped for first 3 year term. Visa Issued in Dec2002 and expired on Apr2005. I needed to leave companyA and united states in April 2004 (even before first term visa expired!) due to family issues. I am now planning to come back to US, and same companyA has offered me. I want to find out if I can get visa stamped based upon older petition that was approved in 2002 or do I need to get fresh, new H1B (which is impossible for current year).
Please help me. I am trying to find out answer to this quite a long. I would really appreciate if anybody has info or has gone through similar situation, please forward the info.
