Using Old H1

Hi Guys,

I landed in USA on company A's H1 stamped.
I joined Company B with its H1 Approval (I-129 with I-94)) but not stamped this H1 on my Passport.
Next I joined Company C with a its H1 Approval (I-129 with I-94)
and I got H1 stamped on My Passport.
I am still working with company C.

My questions are
1)If Company B has not cancelled my H1, can I join Company B again with same Old H1? ( This will be after period more than a year )
2)If I do this is there any legal problem for stamping company B's
H1 on my passport.

As far as I can tell, when you moved from A to B, your H1-B with A is automatically invalidated unless you work in tandem with both the employers. Similar is the case when you moved from B to C. I believe you have to re-file a new COS application if you want to go back to B. Getting a NIV on your passport is a different issue; As long as you have your paperwork right, I don't see a cause for denial; This is not legal advice; Please consult with an attorney for more details.
