Using My Previous Labour

When I was with my Previous Company my labour was approved in EB-3.Priority date was December 2002.
But then I resigned and went back to India. I have come back after 1 year and want to start the process again. Wanted to know if I can use my Previous Labour Certification. Donot know how to proceed or what to do. Please let me know if anything can be done?
 
The labor is valid for 6 months from July 16, 2007. You will need to file I-140 before this labor expires. Otherwise you are looking at starting from scratch.
