In 2001, we came to US and before our visitor visa got expired, my company filed H1 for me and H4 for family. Our I 140 is already approved and I 485 is applied and pending since Aug. 2004.
We did not use Advance parole in 2005 and was expired. Now We have valid AP until Dec. 2009 and valid H1 & H4 until April 2010
Is it safe to go to India on AP? What documents do i need to carry when i come back?
