Hello evrybody...
I recently glot my I-551 stamped on Passport from Country A, which is the one I have used for all my US visas and GC process.
Country A is now having problems issuing new passports and renewing them. Imagune that !!!!. I also have citizenship of Country B (where I was born)...
Can I start using Country B's passport from now on, instead of Country A's???

I don't see why not. I have two passports and citizenships and I travel with both. Your passport is simply a travel document - your GC is your USA (re) entry document. As long as the name and Country of Birth match, there should be no issue. (Note that the GC has Country of Birth printed on it, not Citizenship, and presumably both your passports list your Country of Birth as mine do).
