using EAD

My H1 will expire soon and i will be using EAD after H1 expiration for the same employer. I would really appreciate I somebody could tell me what steps should i have to take in order to start using EAD

Here are some questions:

1. What form/forms do i need to fill out?

2. Do I have to notify USCIS?

1. You will have to fill out a new I-9 form with your employer.
2. No. You are not required to tell them you are using your EAD.
