Using EAD

Friends,

I have question about using EAD.When we filed my labour my wife included as a dependent.After that she converted from h4 to h1.She worked on h1 for one year.We got EAD long back.Now my wife wants to work on EAD.So for that do we need to take permission from INS or any other action.My wife's h1 belongs to same my employer only.Pl suggest me!!!!!

No you do not have to inform INS. She can just start working on EAD. Employer will ask her to fill I-9 - that is all.(even that is not her obligation.)
