Using benefits as an asylee, it is consedered asa public charge ?

Hello,
I ve been granted for asylum a few weeks ago, now because of the corona virus crisis, i ve lost my job, i also need to see a doctor, and i have no ressources, I m wondering if i use some benefits like the cash assistance for refugee or the health insurance, is that considered as a public charge, and will affect my green card application or my citizenship after 5 years.
 
You can use all public and social benefits as people with asylum and refugee status are exempt from the public charge rule.

When interviewed?
When did you get approved? Was it during the pandemic or before?
Which city asylum office did you apply to?
