Using AP and Pending 485 & H1b

Hello Gurus,
My 140 is approved after a RFE and 485 is still pending at CSC. I changed my job before 180 days and now working for a company with permanent position on H1b.

Got RFE for 485 last year about employment letter & paystub and sent new employer letter and letter stating intent ot use AC21.

I have applied for AP to travel india since visa stamping on passport is expired and planning to use AP and my question is if i travel india using AP and for any reason 485 is denied what will be my status??

or Should i not use AP and to try get my H1b stamped in india.

Anybody in same situation and your response is really appreciated.

I am in same shoes.used AP....NO problem........think positive..........I-485 will be approved soon.................any ways what is PD and other detail
