Using Advance parole with H1

Gurus,
Iam planning to go out of the country with my advance parole. will my H1 become invalid if I use my Advance parole?. I have to use my advance parole as my h1 is not stamped. Any reponse will be appreciated.

h1 becomes invalid only if you use EAD. AP is only for travel purposes. You can think of EAD=I797 (for h1) and AP=visa stamp (for h1)

On using AP your status is AOS

One can maintain only SINGLE status in US. On using AP on POE in US, I believe immigration officer will mark AOS on passport and not H1 status, therefore you are not considered on H1 status. But that doesn't invalidate your H1 petition and one can enter next time in US with H1 status (if H1 is stamped on Passport and has not expired).
