Hello gurus ,
I have an new job offer (actaully it's county goverment civil services job) and have question if i can take it?. Title is little bit different but job duties are mostly same. Salary is more then what I am getting now. This things dosen't bother me. What bothers is the appoinment letter which say the person will be appointed form the date of appointment and will be confirmed to the position after the successfull completion of probationary period which is one year from the date of appoinment. I have feeling that USCIS won't like this if I want to file for AC21.
All other things are fime I mean I have completed almost 2 yeasr since I filed I485, I140 is approved more than 18 months back and most likley my sponser won't revoke the I140 either. And new Employer dont have any problem Me joing on EAD.
Anyony know if I have any options here?. Please comment.
