Using AC21 - What if Dependent's I-485 < 180 days?

I have I-140 approved, I-485 pending > 180 days. However, my wife's I-485 (as dependent) was just filed recently. If I change job and invoke AC21, is it necessary to wait until my wife's I-485 to be pending > 180 days as well? Thanks!

Ur wife's case has nothing to do with employment - urs or hers. Hers is a dependent case and till your case is good, and she has no medical/judicial issues, she should be good.
