Using AC21 after 140/485 approval

I applied in the EB-1(OR) category, and had the concurrent approvals. Sponsoring company went out of business after 8 months of application, but before I-140 approval. Do I need to send any letter to USCIS regarding AC21 to avoid any complications during citizenship?

Please post details:
1. Ur case is already approved? stamped? plastic card received?
2. Dates when u (a) applied for 485 (b) received 140 approval (c) received 485 approval (d) company went out of business (e) changed jobs

AC-21 is only applicable to "pending 485 cases". U most probably cannot send any new docs now that u are already approved. U could/should have given new docs before approval or atleast at the time of stamping.

My stamping is not done. I have not received the approval notice in the mail yet. Should I take the ac21 letter at the time of stamping?
