HI Gurus,
Need some advice over here.
I am trying to call VSC from many days to find out our case statuses but After dialing the 1-800 number and entering the EAC numbers once it prompted, the automated message says that "It could not find any status for those EAC numbers at that point". Please tell me how to contact VSC representative in our cases?
I am working for a company from the past 6 years through which I applied my GC. I am struck at 485 stage from the past three years.
I cannot take the abuse any more of the employer. First of all, its a travelling job, next thing is, they are paying peanuts for the job that i am doing. I was just waiting for my GC all these days but now, I cannot be with the company anymore as we are planning for kids and it is very difficult to do a travelling job.
My questions:
1. Are there any risks in changing the jobs on AC-21?
2. What are the requirements and conditions in getting a new job on AC-21 and how to apply AC-21?
3. How easy is to apply EADs and APs myself? I guess once I change the company, we have to take care of the EADs and AP renewals ourselves. Please direct me to the place where I can find the forms and fee structures for applying the EADs and APs.
4. What if any RFEs are posed against your 485 case? should we hire any lawyer or do we need to go to the previous lawyer?
Please post your valuable advices as I am really desperate in getting a new job.
