I have been calling my Senator's office for the last 4 months to get an appointment. They calim they are doing the best service but no response. Anybody can advise me what are the other options that I have to send a letter to NSC to know the status of my case.

Well, I also faced same response from my Senetor. Then i am not a citizen with voting rights, why should they assist immigrants?

Hi,

If your case has taken unusualy long to process (More than the procesing date or whats stated on the receipt) you can send a letter to the director of the service center which is procesing your case. Give deatials about yourself like name, DOB, A#, Receipt number of pending applications and the fact that they are past their processing timelines. Mention the current procesing dates and also the date your case was filed.

You can get an address and fax number of your service center from USCIS website.

There are 2 senator's in every state in addition to the Congressmen. Try the other Senator or Congressman. Call their office and ask for the immigration aide and ask for a 5 minute appointment. go from there

Kinda

Its kinda confusing what to do. MY lawyer says my case is within the time frame. I filed in August 2002 and NSC is processing December 2001 cases. But the online message says 600 days which is already completed last month.

I have to try the other Senator. Thanks for the info. Is there a website all the senators and congressmen are listed?
