used TIP to call directly USCIS TSC

found the tip on this website, got through OK directly to TSC support.

Asked a question about RFE submitted more than 60 days and not receiving any reply.

Lady checked on the RFE reply and said "you just have to wait for officer to work on your case" and that is it....

Dial NCSC, then press 2-6-1-ENTER YOUR RECEIPT # - 3- 4 it will get you directly to TSC. But you don't want to do this just for regular check. They did not sound too happy at all

2nd level menu : option-2 pending application
3rd level menu : option-6 check status
4th level menu : option-1 know my receipt number
5th level : enter receipt number
6th level menu : option-1 confirm that your case number starts with SRC
7th level menu : option-3 further action on your case
8th level menu : option-4 you belive that your case has been seperated from your family application package

I wouldn't suggest to others either..
