Used H1 instead of EAD. Need advice.

Hi Gurus:
I have a 485 petition under process from a Company-A, whereas I working for my old Company-B under H1. I have EAD based on Company-A's 485.

Q.1 : Can I continue to work for Company-B using H1 as long as I have valid H1 and ignore EAD altogether?

Q.2: Do I have to use EAD and start working for Company-A?

Please guide.

There are several posts on this forum on this subject. Please search. If I am right you can continue working for Company-B using H1 but would have to switch to Company A prior to/after approval unless your 140 is approved and you plan on using AC21!

I guess you can work on H1b, there hsould not be any issue, tather i think it is good ot be on h1 as long as possible.

didi u get any LUD change other then "We recd ur FP...", did u get any LUD change after that? may be on 11-09-2004?
