Please post your details if you have used AC21.

Got laid off before 180 days and joined another company using EAD. I got my RFE on Aug 20th for EVL, Tax returns for 3 years and 3 paystub. Replied to RFE in the month of October, received by INS on Nov 1, 2002. Waiting for the approval.

My details..
WAC-02-072 .....
Laid off before 180 days- end of May 02.
Sent in the AC21 letter from new employer and myself in July 02.

Got iEAD 2 weeks back.

Obviously, nothing happend yet except FP is going to expire in
first week of May.

My attorney sent AC21 paper, when my attoney replied to my RFE not immediately after changing job. Changed my job in March, 2002 and got my RFE in August 2002.
