absolutely. Asylees and refugees are in a special category. Most aliens would get in trouble with the USCIS by using welfare.

So you are saying even if a asylee or a derative asylee uses WIC or Medicaid he/she will be allowed to get a green card there won't be any hindrance by the INS.

Yes this is exactly what I am saying. Asylees can receive aid without fear of having their green cards denied or being deported.
